Application documents;

1) By mail to hadyekcomu.edu.tr,

2) A petition should be written with the file plan number "604.02.01" and the subject title of "Animal Experiments Local Ethics Committee Application" over the UBYS system, and the necessary documents should be attached to the annexes according to the type of application. If there is a petition written over UBYS, it should be written over the head of the department to which it is affiliated. File plan number "604.01.04" can be used in correction petitions.

3) All documents must also be submitted to the Ethics Committee secretariat (ÇOMÜDAM) with wet signatures.
